I’m a nurse with 20 years of experience in oncology and palliative care, dedicated to helping patients and families navigate the emotional, physical, spiritual and psychological cost of serious illness. My work is rooted in creating meaning and guiding people to live fully according to their values and goals - even in life’s most challenging moments.

After leading programs in academic medical centers and startups, I’m now focusing my career on channeling the principles of palliative care to support nurses - professionals who shoulder the burdens of a rapidly evolving healthcare system with little recognition of the toll it takes. In the midst of chaos and uncertainty, there are ways to find clarity and control with the right tools and people around you. Nursefully is the resource I always wished existed - for myself and for the nurses who stood beside me through the hardest cases. It’s built to provide the empathy, guidance, and partnership that every nurse deserves but rarely receives.

I’m a nurse, a leader, and an advocate for the well-being of those who dedicate their lives to caring for others. I spent years at the bedside as an oncology ICU nurse before stepping into leadership, ultimately leading the ICU through the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic in New York City. Supporting my team through that time reinforced what I had long known - nurses give everything to their patients, often at the expense of their own well-being.

That experience reinforced my passion for supporting nurses - not only in their professional growth, but in their personal well-being. It fueled my desire to create a space where nurses feel truly seen, supported, and cared for - where they can prioritize their own well-being without guilt.

My mission is simple: to make sure no nurse feels alone in their struggles. Whether it’s burnout, compassion fatigue, or the weight of witnessing life’s hardest moments, I want every nurse to know that well-being is possible and that they deserve the same care they give to others.
