Nursefully's Community Events and Support Groups: Terms of Participation

Last Updated: March 15, 2026

By registering for and attending this workshop/session, you agree to the following:

1. Nature of the Workshop.

This is a career development workshop and panel discussion, not a therapy session.

While topics such as burnout, career transitions, and identity may be discussed, this space is intended for education, reflection, and professional growth, not clinical treatment.

2. Respectful Participation.

We are committed to creating a space that is respectful, thoughtful, and inclusive of diverse experiences in nursing.

Participants are expected to:

  • Engage respectfully with panelists and other attendees

  • Avoid interrupting or dominating the discussion

  • Refrain from judgmental or dismissive language

3. Confidentiality and Privacy.

We encourage a culture of discretion and professionalism.

  • Please do not share personal stories or identifying details of others outside of this session.

  • Avoid discussing specific patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

  • You are welcome to share your own experiences, but please do so thoughtfully.

4. Participation Boundaries.

This workshop is not a space for crisis support or clinical processing. If you are currently experiencing significant distress, we encourage you to seek support through:

  • Individual therapy

  • Nursefully's trusted therapy partners

  • Appropriate crisis resources

5. Recording and Content Use.

  • The session may be recorded for educational or internal use

  • By attending, you consent to being in a recorded environment

  • Participants are not permitted to record, screenshot, or redistribute session content without permission.

6. Professional Boundaries.

Panelists and facilitators are participating in an educational capacity. They will not provide individualized career advice or therapy during the session. Follow-up opportunities (if applicable) will be shared separately.

7. Community Intent.

This space is designed to help nurses move from reactive career decisions to intentional career decisions. We ask that you show up with curiosity, openness, and respect for where others are in their journey.

Disclaimer

The Intentional Climb is a career development workshop and panel discussion, not clinical therapy and not a substitute for mental health treatment. We recognize that career decisions in nursing are deeply personal and often shaped by real emotional experiences.

While this is not a therapy space, we aim to hold conversations with honesty, care, and respect for the complexity of the profession. If you're needing more support, we'd love to see you in our Thursday support groups, where there's more space to process, connect, and be support.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline.
