About Me

I’m a therapist who knows that life’s challenges don’t happen in isolation - they’re shaped by our families, cultures, work, friendships, and the weight of what we carry every day. Whether you’re facing relationship challenges, sexual health and intimacy concerns, significant life transitions, trauma, loss, or the emotional burden of caregiving, I’m here to help you process it all and find a way forward that feels right for you.

I’m an Ackerman-trained family therapist and NYU graduate, who practices individual, family, couple, and support group psychotherapy. I’ve spent years in academic medical settings, training and supporting clinicians, palliative care fellows, psychiatry residents, and social workers. Throughout my career, nurses have been my most trusted care partners, so I understand the unique pressures you face - navigating life-or-death situations, carrying overwhelming responsibility, and giving so much of yourself that there’s often nothing left at the end of the day. That’s why I made it a priority to create space for nurses I worked with to step into my office, take what they needed - whether a moment to breathe, debrief, or just be seen - and leave without expectation. I know how rare that kind of support can be.

With a background in dance and yoga, I bring a deep understanding of how the body holds stress, grief, and trauma. Together, we’ll explore how to reconnect with yourself - physically and emotionally - so you can move through life with more clarity and ease.

This is the therapist for me!
