About Me

I am a passionate and skilled clinician who believes that therapy should be a partnership. My strength-based approach focuses on what matters most to you and helps you feel more in control of your life. You are the expert in your experiences, and I’m here to guide and support you in a way that aligns with your needs and values.

As a nurse, you’ve likely faced challenges that few others can truly understand. My passion for supporting nurses comes from my own experience working alongside them for many years. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel heard without pressure or expectation. Therapy doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or intimidating - it can be whatever you need in that moment. While we’ll work through serious topics, I bring compassion, humor, and positivity to every session. Even in the heaviest moments, there’s room for connection, growth, and maybe even some laughter.

In our work together, I pull from a variety of clinician interventions in order to find the tools that will work best for you. I have a background in trauma-informed care, CBT, and ACT, but I believe that the most important part of any clinical work starts and ends with the therapeutic relationship. Building a trusting foundation allows me to offer a variety of interventions and skills that can help you feel more in control of your emotions, behaviors, and thoughts. I’ve spent over a decade supporting people through life’s most challenging experiences, including grief, trauma, and the emotional weight of caregiving. Nurses know this weight better than most, and I understand the unique toll it can take. Whether it’s navigating relationships, building confidence, or simply finding space to breathe, I’m here to walk alongside you.

This is the therapist for me!
