About Me
Supporting others doesn’t mean you have to carry everything on your own. As a therapist, I offer a supportive space where you can pause, reconnect with yourself, and gain clarity on what you need to move forward.
As an inpatient social worker on the Bone Marrow Transplant unit, I supported patients through fear, uncertainty, and life-altering decisions. Every complex case was met with a nurse working tirelessly - managing symptoms, comforting families, and adapting to the ever-changing realities of treatment. I saw firsthand the emotional toll this took and made it a priority to stay visible and available for the nurses around me, offering space to process the weight of their work. That experience reinforced my commitment to supporting nurses today.
You deserve the same care you give to others. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, or a major life transition, we’ll work together to uncover what feels right for you. You don’t have to have it all figured out - I’ll meet you where you are, with curiosity and compassion, and help you take the next step toward balance and well-being. When you’re ready, I’m here.
