About Me

Life as a nurse can be incredibly demanding, and the weight of caring for others often leaves little room to care for yourself. If you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed, therapy can offer you a safe, supportive space to break free from patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we'll explore how you can shift your mindset and response to the stressors in your life - because while we can't always control what happens, we can control how we engage with it. The way you respond shapes your thoughts, relationships, and ultimately, your well-being.

I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University and bring decades of experience working in healthcare settings, both in the private and public sectors. I’ve been where you are - facing burnout, navigating career changes, and struggling with personal growth challenges. I understand the unique pressures you face and am passionate about helping you develop the tools to cope, heal, and thrive.

My approach is collaborative and practical: together, we'll identify the pain points, address them, and equip you with strategies to maintain progress. Therapy with me is about courage, commitment, and building skills that empower you to move forward in your personal and professional life. If you're ready to take the next step in your journey, I’d love to learn more about you and how I can support your growth.

Let’s work together to help you feel more balanced, empowered, and ready to tackle whatever comes your way.

This is the therapist for me!
